Horizontal Rigid Rail Systems
Horizontal Rigid Rail Systems can be installed from overhead to near ground level elevations. The rail systems provide the option for an enclosed or open track. The enclosed track features single, dual or triple tracks permitting users to bypass one another. With the near zero deflection of the engineered rigid rail systems; fall distances, deceleration forces and secondary falls are greatly minimized during a severe fall event.
Vertical Rigid Rail Systems
Vertical Rigid Rail Systems can be utilized in multiple industries. The shuttle design permits freedom of movement up and down, while locking instantly on the rail in a fall event; minimizing the fall distance and forces on the user.
Roof Rail Systems
Roof Rail Systems are designed specifically for rooftops and differ from the traditional rigid rail systems. The Roof Rail System is suitable for built-up, standing seam and trapezoidal roof decks. It can facilitate changes in direction and roof slope providing safe roof access. The system allows multiple users to execute more complex maintenance tasks such as suspended rope access work. The design ensures reduced deflection and loading of anchor points giving the user complete confidence even on roof pitches greater than 15 degrees. The rail is manufactured from 6000 series aluminum alloy and can be anodized or color powder coated to match the roof. All stainless steel parts are constructed from grade 316 or higher for ultimate corrosion resistance.
