With a Vacuum Anchor System at your workers’ side, they can anchor to virtually any smooth, non-porous surface simply by flipping a switch and waiting for the green light. So whether they need to replace a broken strobe atop a jumbo jetliner or perform routine maintenance, they’ll always be able to quickly, and easily put themselves where they need to be—without putting themselves in danger.
Our anchorage connectors are built from top quality materials guaranteeing high strength and durability to stand up to the toughest environments. Anchorage connectors are the unsung heroes of most fall protection systems, often overlooked but critical components because they securely attach your system to the anchorage.
Your choice of anchor depends on the type of work being done. Anchorages are sold by what they connect to (general/all purpose, steel, concrete, roof or specialty), whether they are fixed or mobile, and whether they are permanent or portable. They all must provide a secure point of attachment for a complete personal fall arrest system, and must be capable of supporting a load of 5,000 lbs. (22kN) or of meeting OSHA’s criteria of a 2-to-1 safety factor.
I just wanted to take a minute to tell you that your crew did an excellent job here at our facility. I appreciate the crew keeping the job site clean, the training and how the project progressed.

Provides tie-off point on smooth, non-porous surfaces via vacuum technology. Unique system provides a fall protection anchor where its often impossible to use traditional types such as tops of airplanes, tanks, railcars, etc.
No additional components needed. Self contained with on-board air bottle attachment (order air bottle 2200078 separately). No separate pumps, vacuum hoses or other components are necessary to power the system for ultimate flexibility.
Lightweight design is easy to set-up and use. The complete system is under 20 lbs. (9.1 kg) making it easy to move from one location to another, set-up and store.
Built-in check valves provide safety during accidental air loss. In the event the power source is cut or lost, the system will prevent immediate vacuum loss so user can remedy the situation.
Aviation rated intrinsically safe electronics. Designed for safe operation in areas with dangerous concentrations of flammable gasses or dust for complete safety and peace of mind.
Approved for horizontal lifeline use. Create a continuous anchor point for added safety and mobility for two workers by simply connecting a horizontal lifeline between two or more Vacuum Anchor Pads.
Compatible with external air power options. System can be used with on-board compressed gas bottle or a large capacity detached bottle, or shop air for versatility.
Audible and visual alarms for complete safety. Incorporates both types of alarms to notify the user if the system has lost its air power source or safe vacuum levels.
EPDM rubber seals are Skydrol resistant and won’t damage surface. Specialized EPDM construction won’t breakdown in harsh environments, it will fasten safely and securely without maring or damaging the work surface.
Can power one additional secondary unit. For added flexibility, one system can power another which is ideal if you want to configure a horizontal lifeline system between two anchors.
Heavy-duty storage and transport case. Lightweight and extremely rugged case with both hand-held and roller type handles makes transporting and storing the device fast and easy.

"The install guys where very professional and great to work with. Rob conducted a thorough training session and addressed a lot of questions posed by the rigging crews. I have toured other buildings that have fall safe systems and the one that you installed here is by far superior to those in quality, design and usability."
